You'll work with large datasets, build predictive models, and present actionable insights to senior stakeholders. Expertise in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks is essential.

Lead the implementation of generative AI solutions across the enterprise — from LLM-powered automation to intelligent document processing. You'll evaluate foundation models, design prompt engineering frameworks, and drive adoption of GenAI capabilities across business units.

Oversee quality assurance processes across contact centre operations, ensuring consistent service delivery and compliance with client SLAs. You'll design audit frameworks, lead calibration sessions, and drive continuous improvement using data-driven insights from our proprietary AIQMS platform.

Manage day-to-day operations of multi-site contact centres, leading teams of 200+ agents to meet performance targets and quality benchmarks. You'll be responsible for workforce planning, real-time floor management, and client relationship management across voice and digital channels.

Design and deliver training programmes for contact centre agents across multiple geographies. You'll create onboarding curricula, upskilling modules, and soft-skills workshops that improve agent performance, customer satisfaction scores, and overall operational efficiency.

Drive end-to-end recruitment for senior and specialist roles across the Altruist group. You'll manage stakeholder relationships, build talent pipelines, and leverage data-driven sourcing strategies to hire top talent across technology, operations, and leadership positions in the MENA region.

Partner with business leaders across our Africa operations to deliver strategic HR initiatives — from workforce planning and talent development to employee engagement and compliance. You'll support teams in Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, and Ghana, ensuring people strategy aligns with business goals.

Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across the Middle East and North Africa region. You'll build relationships with C-suite decision-makers, craft tailored proposals, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful client onboarding across technology, BPO, and talent verticals.

Manage and grow key enterprise accounts across the UK and European markets. You'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation, working closely with solutions architects and delivery teams to drive revenue growth and long-term client partnerships.
